About the Role
Position Overview:
Detail-oriented inspector to conduct property assessments and ensure rental units meet safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct move-in and move-out property inspections
Document property condition with photos and detailed reports
Identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
Verify lease compliance and property standards
Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs
Qualifications:
Experience in property inspection, construction, or maintenance preferred
Strong observational and documentation skills
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to use inspection software and mobile devices

Earn between 400-500 USD per week
