A powerhouse in the property management world, Kimberly I. Franks is no stranger to persistence and dedication to quality. With over 18 years of experience serving her community and clients, she has mastered what it takes to deliver services that transform the leasing and owning experience.
The South Carolina native has spent most of her career addressing the needs of owners and tenants who often found themselves hopeless or frustrated with the process. Kimberly owned her Associates in Business Management from Florence-Darlington Technical College, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Limestone College and her Property Manager in Charge License from the Real Estate School for Success. Using her acquired knowledge of business best practices, she knows what it takes to provide on your promises and bring clarity for clients who struggle to have their property management needs met. With management experience with multiple esteemed companies in the industry, Kimberly has served as Manager for businesses such as: Intermark Management Inc., SMG Management, LLC and Landmark Management. After providing oversight of more than 150 units at a time, she knows exactly what it takes to render prompt, courteous service that appeases both owner and tenant(s).
Kimberly birthed Brockington Properties Management Group, LLC after seeing firsthand the hassle owners, buyers and tenants faced when trying to tie their needs together. Realizing that individuals wanted a place that not only addressed the housing needs, but the janitorial and management duties as well- she decided to deliver the service herself. Involved in all aspects of the client experience, Kimberly helps clients navigate through areas such as staff management, rent collection, reviewing bids, creating appealing material to market vacancies, facilitating inspections, creating market-attractive interior staging and exterior property conservation and much more. With a knack for building fruitful relationships with people from every avenue of the experience, bridges the gaps between vendors, community, sellers, owners and tenants with ease.
