Position Overview:
Friendly and organized front desk professional to serve as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and respond to inquiries from tenants and property owners
Schedule appointments and property viewings
Process rental applications and maintain tenant files
Handle incoming mail and coordinate maintenance requests
Provide excellent customer service and administrative support
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Professional demeanor and attention to detail

Earn between 400-500 USD per week
